First of all, you can expect a lot of fun. I will guide you through your session with little prompts and fun games to help you stay connected and in the moment so we can capture genuine and authentic laughs and emotions. I know it can feel a little awkward in front of the camera at first but I'll do my very best to make you feel absolutely comfortable and beautiful.
How long will my session be?
In general, all my sessions are 1 hour long. That gives us enough time to capture all the moments you want while also playing around and having fun. But you can always book a longer session; just mention it in your inquiry so I can give you an updated price.
Newborn sessions often take longer to give momma and baby time to nurse and relax.
How many images will I receive?
I don't like to pin myself down to a specific number but I always say quality over quantity. Nevertheless, you will receive a whole bunch of images (80+), already completely edited, within 2 weeks of your session. I will send you an email invitation with a link to your beautiful online gallery where you can view, download and share your favorite images.
What should I wear for my session?
I will share some general styling tips and trick with you before your session. You can always check out my Instagram feed or scroll through my galleries on my website to get inspired. But most importantly, pick an outfit you love and feel comfortable in.
You're welcome to send me images if you need help making final decisions. Just know I'm here for you from start to finish. :)
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL?
Plans change and I understand. The sooner you let me know, the easier it'll be for us to find another date that works for both our schedules. A rescheduling fee of $50 will be due if you reschedule within a week of your session. If you reschedule before that, no additional charges will be added.
If you cancel 7 days before your scheduled session you will receive your money back. A cancelation fee of $50 will be deducted from your payment. If you cancel after that, a cancelation fee of $100 will be charged. If you cancel within 48 hours of your session, a cancelation fee of $200 will be charged.
When will my session take place?
Most outdoor sessions take place about 1 hour before sunset to catch the beautiful, golden glow of the sun. If you're an early morning person, we can also schedule your session during sunrise.
If you would like to shoot at your home, we're more flexible with time. I often recommend clients to observe the light in their home for a couple of days to figure out when the light is the softest.
Do you have any location suggestions?
Most of my sessions take place outdoors or at my client's homes (no worries, your home doesn't need to be perfectly decorated and cleaned up. We can always move things around.) If you need help picking an outdoor location I will gladly share my favorite spots with you.
If the location for your session is more than 20 miles away from Pflugerville/TX, a travel fee of $50 will be added to your session price for every additional 20 miles.
