I was so excited to work with Linda from Familythyme Wellness again to capture some images for her branding session. I had taken Linda’s family portraits earlier this year and knew we would have a lot of fun taking photos for her new business.
Like a lot of us, Linda developed a desire to start her own business during quarantine. She is an experienced dietitian and has worked many years as a school and child dietitian. Linda has also experience in corporate wellness and nutrition education and is now ready to combine her expertise and passion to help families live a healthier life.
Her approach is simple: teaching families easy, fun and nourishing habits. Are you struggling with picky eaters at home or unhealthy eating habits? Would you like to change your perception of your own body images and incorporate exercise and movement in your daily life? Then Linda can help you with this.
When we planned her branding session we knew we had to incorporate her family and especially her two daughters into her session. Allison and Ashley were a huge inspiration and motivation for Linda to start Familythyme Wellness. Like many of us, Linda struggled with her body image and insecurities. We always think we need to look a certain way and often times these “ideas of the perfect body” are unrealistic and unhealthy. Linda doesn’t want her daughters to go through this. She wants them to grow up happy and healthy by creating a positive relationship with food, exercise and their own bodies.

Linda, Allison, Ashley and Pete, thanks for inviting me into your home and allowing me to bake and cook with you. I had so much fun. Linda, I’m wishing you all the best on this new journey and I’m sure you will change and improve the way we approach food, eating and perceive our own bodies one family at a time.
Enjoy scrolling through some of my highlights from Linda’s branding session.
With love, Nicole
