Newborn Photo Shoot in Pink

I just can’t get over how adorable this newborn photo shoot in pink was last week. 

I’m so excited to officially introduce this beautiful little lady to you: meet Liliana “Lily” Gray. She is the absolute cutest little girl with such fun hair who loves the camera and decided she wanted to be fully awake to not miss one moment of her newborn photo shoot in pink. 

This isn’t just any “client” to me.. this is personal because Lily and her family are my family as well. And I had the honor of documenting some very important moments in their lives over the past couple of years. 

Two years ago, I captured her brother’s gender reveal party. It was such a fun occasion with lots of surprises. First, Shawna thought she was having a girl and was super surprised yet excited to see blue confetti flying out of the balloon. And then there was Sugar, an adorable llama dressed in blue, of course. It was a beautiful party and we were all looking forward to meeting their little guy. 

If you’ve been following me for a while now, you might remember that Lucas’ entry into this world was not the easiest but he was and still is a strong little fighter so full of life, love and joy. The happier I was for Shawna and Juan that her pregnancy with Lily went well and that they were able to bring their little princess home soon after she was born. And now, she’s already a little over a month old, growing and exploring the world around her.
